Additional Costs

For moves or collections beyond a certain mileage, a fuel surcharge may apply. This will be discussed upfront.
Heavy or Bulky Items
Items that are particularly heavy (e.g., pianos, safes) may incur an additional handling fee due to the extra manpower or equipment required.
Staircases and Difficult Access
If items need to be carried up or down several flights of stairs or there is limited access, an additional fee may apply.
Evening or Weekend Services
While we offer flexible scheduling, moves or collections outside of normal working hours (evenings, weekends, or public holidays) might incur an extra charge.
Packing Materials:
If you require packing materials (e.g., boxes, bubble wrap) or full packing services, there may be an additional cost depending on your needs.
